You can permanently delete your account from inside the Dekar app — no support request is required.

   Open Settings

   Tap Settings in the bottom navigation.

   Choose Delete my account

   Find it under Account controls.

   Confirm deletion

   Type DELETE and confirm the permanent action.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your authentication account, profile, personal connections and the private notes attached to them, circle memberships you own, celebration preferences, care plans, and service sign-ups. Shared content created by other people remains under their control. This action cannot be undone.

What may remain briefly

Limited security records and routine provider backups may persist for a short period where required for fraud prevention or legal obligations, and age out on their normal schedule.
